“Gianni‘s place is beautiful, stylish and right on the sea! We snorkeled from the private jetty every day, and it’s fun to swim from the house to the local beach for lunch. From the beginning Gianni has a very personal and generous way of communicating. The property is a magical holiday, the gardens are beautiful and the care taken lets you fully enjoy the landscape on this ocean-front property. I highly recommend it to everyone.”

“This is paradise on earth — the location is almost too good to be true, looking out to the bay is magical at all hours. All four bedrooms have impeccable bedding, the main kitchen is perfectly appointed and the cleaning team are incredibly efficient. Special mention to the host: I have yet to encounter someone so endlessly helpful, flexible and thoughtful. We hope to come back to this wonderful Crystal Bay.”

“Almost, I’m loathe to let anyone in on the secret place that is this house on Patmos! Perfect for a romantic week for two, with private access to the sea, a paddle board for guests, shaded garden, beautiful patio and a lovely, well-kept studio apartment equipped with all you could need. Giannis was so generous in his advice and always super quick to respond. Highly recommended.”
